You will be welcomed with a huge Cusinart BBQ area with ping pong table , Giant Connect Four and corn hole games for the whole family to enjoy while cooking out. Before going up stairs check out the new outdoor deck with modern black adirondack chairs sitting area with a private large 5 person hot tub. In the sand yard you will find a fire pit area for a great night of smore's on the beach with a hammock for those lazy days of summer. Once you walk up to the front door you will be greeted with a tree house feel sitting area. The French doors lead to the indoor space of a spacious Great-room with a shiplap fireplace as its focus point. The great room has a mini library for a good beach read. Above the shiplap fireplace a TV with all the cable channels for a great movie night. You will enjoy cooking in its functional well appointed kitchen. The master bedroom is a 4 post bed with Magnolia organic cotton sheets with a down mattress topper a good night sleep. Master bedroom comes with complimentary ROKU to enjoy. The Second bedroom is equipped with its own satellite TV and its private bathroom. In the closet you will find board games for the whole family for those quick rainy afternoons.
In the shed you will find a full size washer and dryer and all the beach equipment you will need such as beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, beach toys, beach wagon, cooler. fishing poles, snorkel gear and tennis rackets and balls.
Complimentary with your stay you get access to ALL the club amenities where you can enjoy 2 heated pools, hot tub, tennis, bikes, basketball and kayaks. It is an amazing experience for the whole family.
